The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and optimizing our SCIB Banking-as-a-service services to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of production processes and technologies.We need someone like you to help us in different areas:
  • Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Review, suggest improvements and follow up execution of the strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of production services, making adjustments as needed.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and output.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on production performance and optimization efforts to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in production optimization, process improvement, cost supervision or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in production management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of Santander and SCIB sourcing processes
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure technologies/concepts
  • Experience with advanced production technologies and automation.
