
Regional Sales Manager Spain - Permanent - Barc

- You will work on the Sales Organisation:
- Build an efficient Sales organization to drive efficiencies, ownership, and accountability;
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of high performing executives (Inside Sales, and Account Managers) to complete inbound and outbound partner acquisition, growth initiatives, and partner retention;
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed;
- Incubate new business verticals to ramp to strong commercial efficiency and overall business knowledge, and share feedback on individual performance with new hire managers execution;
- Work directly with leadership to understand and establish the OKRs and goals for a sales team.
- You will train and develop your Sales Teams:
- Provide hands-on mentor for a team to ensure they meet and exceed monthly target business goals;
- Lead new sellers onboarding program from day 1 through graduation of ramp period;
- Implement strategic sales coaching, planning, and forecasting as determined by leadership.
- You will plan and reach the business objectives:
- Exceed monthly sales targets/goals and complete all activities that drive revenue generation.
- You have 3-4 years of experience in Sales
- You already managed a team for 1-2 years
- You have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are able to manage end to end a large team and lead sales initiatives
- You are results-oriented with a track record of successful sales cycles
- You have an international experience and speaks English fluently
- Ideally, you have knowledge or experience dealing with Spanish real estate and/or bank companies
