Join us on this journey and be part of the future of this amazing team!⭐ Your challenge:We're currently seeking a results-oriented Account Executive to spearhead new business opportunities and cultivate robust commercial relationships with enterprise accounts from the ground up. As an Account Executive at Game Strategies, you will earn up to 18% commission on your sales, along with a very competitive base salary.Tareas🚀 What You’ll Do:
- Generate new business opportunities within your target market while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Be an advocate for our innovative game-based learning methodology.
- Prospect new logos with challenging KPIs.
- Develop new commercial relationships with enterprise accounts, from scratch.
- Manage prospection, demo meetings, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
- Have at least 5 years experience in new business development, in B2B environments working for an enterprise tech company, preferably within a SaaS.
- Native or bilingual communications skills in French, working proficiency in English, and basic level in Spanish.
- Love talking, negotiating and maintaining conversations with top stakeholders, to offer them the best solution according to their needs (consultative approach).
- Feel passionate about working in a fast-paced environment.
- Are a critical thinker and you have exceptional hunting skills.
- Are motivated by challenges and persevere in pursuing opportunities.
- Are extremely organized, able to prioritize, results-oriented and have business acumen.
- Have strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
