We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Analyst professional to join the Salesforce team in the Business Technology (BT) organization. The Technical Analyst will be responsible for the technical implementation of projects and enhancements. This role will drive the quality of the technical implementations and governing coding standards. This role will partner closely with external partners and other BT team(s). Their role reports to the Salesforce Global Technical Architect in the Business Technology organization.Essential Functions:
- Be part of project implementations globally to review the technical design proposed by external partners to determine the technical feasibility, identify dependencies, and manage risks.
- Manage technical implementations to control that are being developed following the Bunge development guidelines and the Salesforce best practices.
- Perform fit gap analysis of new implementations to determine if the proposed solution is aligned with the organization's business processes and current solution.
- Translate functional requirements and support requests into well-designed solutions and document technical specifications to be assigned to external partners.
- Works with other Bunge Technology teams when needed as part of project execution like integration teams and security team.
- Manage the Salesforce support backlog to ensure that the resolution of technical support tickets is done in a timely manner and following the best practices by the managed service provider.
- Development of Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Processes and Lightning Web Components if required.
- Customize Salesforce.com page layouts, fields, tabs, workflow, flows and approval processes if required.
- Implementation of Salesforce Projects on a Global SFDC environment with 3300+ users
- Review technical proposal and implementation to ensure we are following best practices/development guidelines.
- Perform fit gap analysis to reuse existing solutions and to avoid duplication of functionalities.
- Review support execution (Incidents/Enhancements) to control that are being developed with high quality.
- Lead the technical implementation of the assigned projects, work closely with external partners.
- Manage the Salesforce support execution (incidents, enhancements) by the managed service provider to ensure quality work is delivered.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or business (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of technical experience on the Salesforce.com platform
- Salesforce.com certification(s) preferred.
- 5+ years of technical experience on the Salesforce.com platform
- Proven ability to design technical solutions provided with requirements from business analyst
- 5+ years of technical experience on the Salesforce.com platform
- Proven ability to design technical solutions provided with requirements from business analyst
- Experience on management of development teams internal and external
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes (Opportunity process, Email-To-Case, Lead process, Campaigns, etc.)
- Experience in Apex development (classes, triggers, batch, methods, etc.), Lightning Web Components and Flows
- Full understanding of Force.com standard objects and relationships
- Experience with SAP, Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud is a plus
- Experience on management of development teams internal and external
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes (Opportunity process, Email-To-Case, Lead process, Campaigns, etc.)
