- Managing open client balances during the collection process
- Creating, updating, and reviewing dispute cases
- Managing inquiries from other departments regarding client accounts
- Regular accounts follow up
- No previous experience required, we are looking for someone enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Competent decision-making skills - excellent commercial judgement
- Result focused with strong attention to detail
- Advanced English and Spanish language level, both spoken and written
- Strong Excel skills
- Candidates with SAP experience will be advantageous
