We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Controller to join the team on a temporary basis and make dreams come true!This role involves supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions to drive business performance and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and analytical skills, as well as excellent management and communication abilities.To achieve this goal, your functions will be the following:
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in the analysis of financial data to identify trends, make comparisons, and recommend actions.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, helping to ensure they accurately reflect business objectives.
  • Reporting: Help compile and update financial reports, ensuring they are completed timely and accurately.
  • Data Management: Help to maintain financial databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Project Support: Participate in cross-functional projects as Power BI implementation, providing financial insights and analysis.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and the development of new controlling tools.
The knowledge you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a financial or business analyst role preferred
  • Power BI: Utilize Power BI to develop, maintain, and update business intelligence reports and dashboards.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Demonstrate expertise in advanced Excel functionalities, including pivot tables,
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Ensure all financial data is collected, recorded, and analyzed effectively.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis and business performance evaluations. Identify trends, variances, and key metrics to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
  • ERP Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and their role in financial management. Assist in the integration and maintenance of financial data within the ERP system.
  • English and Spanish Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, enabling effective interaction with international stakeholders and the preparation of clear, concise reports and presentations.
