
German speaking Customer Support Agent SIXT Ride (m/f/d) - 100% Home Office

- Together with the support team, act as the interface between customers and chauffeurs
- Ensure high-quality standards are met and that every customer is safely transported from point A to B
- Monitor driver punctuality worldwide using our custom-developed tools and organize alternatives if necessary
- Make sure each booked transfer is assigned to the appropriate driver
- Ensure that drivers and customers find each other - whether at a major airport, hotel, trade fair, company, or private residence - even when things get chaotic
- Take care of every customer - celebrity or not
- Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication skills
- Passion for customer service and a genuine interest in supporting and assisting clients
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing or service-oriented role
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and confidence in working with digital systems
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
