  • Liaise with accommodation suppliers by email and phone to resolve health and safety issues
  • Daily management of the mailbox
  • Ensure that all information is stored and recorded as per relevant procedures
  • Any other task that management may reasonably request

  • Experience working in the travel industry (travel operators/hotels
  • Fluency in English, both written & spoken
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Outlook and email ticketing systems Experience, Skills and Behavioural Requirements
  • Able to work independently as well as be a team player, always seeking to improve team performance
  • Proactive attitude
  • Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
  • Adaptable to changes in day-to-day tasks and procedures
  • Ability to use multiple systems
