Our 2,000 engineers support clients at every stage of the product lifecycle, from design and manufacturing to technical support.We are currently looking for a Recruiter Inter with a native level of English to join our Talent Acquisition team in Getafe (Madrid). As a part of Talent Acquisition team you will learn and actively participate in the following responsabilities:
  • Job posting management.
  • CV screening.
  • Talent sourcing and recruitment.
  • Interviewing professional profiles related to engineering and innovation.
  • Administration and evaluation of psychometric or competency-based tests.
  • Candidate follow-up and support throughout the selection process.
Requisitos mínimos :Minimum requirements
  • Final year student in Labour Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
  • English level: native (Spanish is not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in an organized and results-oriented manner.
  • Training agreement with the university is not required.
