- Identify and evaluate potential clients to develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and offer customized solutions.
- Establish, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate strategies and meet common business objectives.
- Native or fluent English speaker (C1 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2 to 5 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales.
- Proven experience in the UK market, preferably as a sales manager or in a senior sales position.
- Self-driven, proactive, and focused on achieving results with a strong ambition to succeed.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Skilled at building rapport, earning trust, and maintaining strong client relationships.
