Do you want to be part of this great family?📝Some details about your departmentThe International Controller leads the Finance function of subsidiaries in assigned countries. He's mainly dedicated to Internal information production and analysis (Business Controller), and the establishment of Corporate processes and Internal Controls within the assigned foreign subsidiaries. He reports directly to the Global Head of Controlling, and is in constant contact with Corporate Functions (FP&A, Accounting & Consolidation and Treasury & Risk).🎯 What we'd like you to doCoordination of Financial information for international subsidiaries.
Establishing Corporate and local financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems in the assigned countries.
Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
Assures proper and timely reporting to the Corporate Office on Corporate reports.
Prepares budgets/forecasts by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
Achieves budget/forecasts objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Protects operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.
Financial audit support in foreign subsidiaries.🔊 What we'd like you to bringYou have at least 4 years experience in Multinational environments.
You have a Bachelor degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration. Ideally you have a Master degree from a prestigious School of Business.
You speak Spanish, English and a third language (ideally) fluently (at least C1 level of English).
You have a dynamic and proactive attitude.
You're curious, a quick learner and open minded.
You have methodical work capacity and organizational skills.
You have International Experience
You are an advanced Microsoft Office and GSuite user.
