- Systems development and implementation: You would lead the planning, design and implementation of business IT systems, ensuring that they meet organizational requirements and align with business objectives. This involves collaborating with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the budget for business and customer systems.
- Vendor Management: You would be responsible for evaluating, selecting and managing external vendors and software providers for business systems. This includes negotiating contracts, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring that vendors meet expectations
- System Integration: With existing IT infrastructure and other business applications. You would oversee the integration process, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow between different systems.
- Data Management: You'd be responsible for ensuring the integrity, security, and accessibility of commercial data, as well as implementing data governance policies and procedures.
- User Support and Training: Providing support to end-users of commercial systems is essential for smooth operations. You'd oversee a team responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing training to users, and creating documentation to support system usage.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Lead procedural strategy to optimize Commercial and Customer. Monitoring the performance of commercial systems is necessary to identify areas for improvement and optimization. You'd establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure system effectiveness and efficiency, implementing enhancements as needed.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior management to align commercial IT strategies with overall business goals and objectives. This involves identifying emerging technologies and trends that can drive innovation and improve competitive advantage.Coordinate and prioritize activities, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
