This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and contribute to process improvements, data analysis, and performance tracking. A key part of the role will involve preparing and delivering professional presentations, so strong PowerPoint skills and visual communication abilities are essential.Your responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and reports for internal and external
stakeholders. * Develop visualizations and charts to communicate complex data clearly and effectively.
  • Support the documentation and optimization of operational processes and procedures.
  • Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining operational
dashboards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and improve workflows.
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and summarize action points for follow-up
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field or position.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with an eye for design and detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience creating dashboards or visual reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Basic understanding of SQL or data querying is a plus.
