- Assist in establishing a self-service reporting platform for SCI-M controllers, actively contributing to the SCI Reporting project to define and implement the solution.
- Manage and maintain the reporting platform, including creating and updating reports, BI solutions, shared workspaces, and apps for controllers.
- Provide training, support and coaching to controllers on using available BI tools and solutions.
- Continuously enhance the platform by collaborating with BI initiatives across the agency, with a focus on aligning with corporate and directorate developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with relevant professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, controlling, or resource management, ideally in an aerospace or project-oriented environment.
- Strong experience in business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI, and maintaining collaborative platforms like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Proven ability to manage data and reporting tools, with experience in implementing and maintaining self-service reporting platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle ad hoc requests, participate in planning meetings and align with corporate guidelines and templates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support others in using BI tools effectively.
- Familiarity with data access and processing tools such as the ESA Data Factory is an asset.
- Proactive problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken.
- Knowledge of another EU member state language is an asset.
