During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master or Specific postgraduate degree, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.*Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at UCJCWho we're looking for
  • University degree (ADE or any other related Administrative-Accounting & Finance)
  • Recently graduated (Only 4 years since graduation or has 2 subjects and final thesis pending maximum
  • You are fluent in English (High Intermediate B1) and Spanish (Native Speaker)
  • Good level in excel and other office tools (PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Valid Spanish working permit
  • Passionate about learning and acquiring experience on Global Processes related Administration in a Multinational environment

ResponsibilitiesThe intern will support the entire team based on the needs of each project / moment. Its main areas of responsibility will be:
  • Create the Purchase Orders coming from internal requesters (covering all the Commercial Departments
  • Perform Good receipts according to info received. Carry out follow up to ensure receptions
  • Provide support to the rest of the Team related Suppliers accounts analysis and reconciliation.
  • Support company users with the workflows received in SAP
· Support to the analysis of Accruals to identify available / potential reinvestments· Collaborate to define new communication channels and formats to share info with our local Customers( Commercial Op.
