Are you interested in helping professionals achieve the highest quality standards and supporting them in maintaining them?At Draxton Central Services, located in Sant Vicenç Dels Horts (Barcelona), we want to hire a Quality System Specialist.In this position, the main responsibility is contributing, at a Group level, to quality assurance at all levels. Close collaboration with the Central Quality team and direct support to the plants are essential. Take an active role in the Group’s quality system audits, ensuring compliance with established standards and promoting continuous improvement. Report hierarchically and functionally to the Quality System Manager & Auditor.🎯 Main Responsibilities:
- Audit the implemented quality system to ensure correct development and execution across the Group’s plants, reporting results and any improvement needs to General Management.
- Follow up on the Group’s Quality System, developing and updating relevant documentation (Quality Manual, General Procedures, Process Management, etc.) in accordance with IATF 16949 automotive requirements.
- Supervise the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions derived from both external and internal audits, ensuring effective implementation.
- Manage and control internal and external documentation affecting the Department (filing, distribution, etc.), ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Drive improvement actions across plants, updating the management system as needed to optimize processes and quality standards.
- Engineering degree.
- Highly valuable: specific training in quality systems / audits (VDA, IATF).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in quality environments within the automotive sector.
- High level of English.
- Availability to travel (15% - 25% of your time).
- Job stability: permanent contract backed by a strong financial environment.
- Full-time position with flexible hours: 8h/9h start, finish from 5pm. Fridays 8am-3pm.
