Architecting Data & AI Solutions: Develop and implement scalable data and AI/GenAI architectures, to support business processes across various domains. Work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to understand requirements and deliver architecture solutions that meet business needs. Lead initiatives that promote disruptive thinking and innovative approaches to data and AI challenges. Establish and enforce best practices for data management, security, and data governance. Define, communicate, and drive the overall data and AI architecture of the company, covering all data-related capabilities, processes, and technologies. Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps and strategies to guide the evolution of our data and AI ecosystem, working together with data domain owners and architects. Simplify, consolidate, and modernize the existing data architecture. Continuously and proactively assess the existing data architecture and respective technology landscape to identify opportunities to simplify, consolidate, modernize, and reduce risks. Establish, mentor, and advocate processes, principles, and standards for enterprise and data architecture throughout the entire data ecosystem. Work closely with senior business stakeholders, Digital Partners and Data Platform Leads to understand their requirements, objectives, and constraints and develop a technology and data strategy that enables these business strategies. Collaborate with other architects, agile teams, and business stakeholders to shape the future of our company. Manage senior business stakeholders to secure strong engagement for the solution and ensure that the delivery of the project aligns with longer-term strategic roadmaps. Ability to manage diverse and dispersed teams effectively.
