You will make a difference by ensuring timely data hygiene, managing critical documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers, all while supporting seamless operations within a fast-paced industry.General Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager with daily tasks, ensuring smooth business operations
- Respond to inquiries from customers and suppliers in English and the local language
- Maintain SAP data and update Salesforce with sales and customer records
- Support Digital Business-related activity by updating customer and sales data records on Salesforce (digital campaigns, leads management, report creation, supervision of customer creations, sample and quotation requests)
- Monitor sample stock, arrange shipments, and coordinate with European logistics team
- Organize marketing materials and dispatch product information
- Support exhibitions, business events, and promotional activities
- Assist across Business Lines, when needed
- Relevant qualification in commercial/trading
- Work experience in distribution, trading or export/import
- SAP and Salesforce knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in local languages and ideally in English, written and spoken
- Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
- High attention to detail, follow-through and accuracy
