I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge.Job DescriptionJOB FUNCTION:Leader of the In-Field Market Access team, responsible for the development and implementation of regional and hospital access strategies and tactics for the national territory, ensuring achievement of resultsLead implementation in the field of Go To Market model to approach customers as One Takeda.ACCOUNTABILITIES:Lead development and update of key account management processesReview the key account segmentation periodically to identify required changes in prioritized accounts or defined archetypesEnsure the right tools for key account management are available through participation in development/update of internal toolsOversee development and execution of regional access strategiesEnsure translation of national strategies into quality regional access plans aligned with the strategic lines of TakedaEnsure alignment and coherence between the regional access plans of each CCAAOversee and be responsible for achievement of access objectives at regional and hospital levelMonitor achievement of regional and account access plans and targetsIdentify root causes for deviations vs. targets and define corrective measuresBring the regional/hospital access perspective into governance and coordination forums at non-field levelCommunicate insights, trends and needs from the regions and key accountsProvide input/strategic lines from national perspective to the field access positions, in collaboration with MAMsReview and approve the development of strategic market access projects at regional and account levelReview proposals/business case submissions from IFMAsApprove budgets and prioritize resources accordinglyLead the In-Field Market Access teamLead, coach, develop and assess IFMAPromote, encourage and demonstrate commitment to Takeda-ism philosophy and valuesCommunicate any adverse reaction as soon as it is identified to the Pharmacovigilance Department as detailed in the company’s internal proceduresAct according to Corporate, Compliance, Ethical codes and Legal standardsKey internal contacts:Head of Patient, Value & AccessIFMAsTenders managerBusiness Unit HeadsFirst Line ManagersProduct managersMAMsCExKey external contacts, collaborator:National admin technical levelsRegional political authorities, commissions and technical levelsKey account decision makers (CEO, CFO)EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGEEducation:College degree (Health Sciences an advantage)Post-graduate degree (MBA or similar) an advantageExperience:Commercial experience (sales and/or marketing) of 5-8 years, preferably in pharmaceutical industryPharmaceutical market access experience at regional and/or account levelPeople leadership experience, managing large teams a plusProven results (for internal candidates meets all or goes beyond in last two years)Experience with AI-driven tools or data analytics platforms to support key account management, streamline regional access strategies, and gather insights from regional healthcare trends and payer behaviorOther experiences (sales, medical, access, international) a plusSkills & Knowledges:Strategic and business vision, with the ability to identify potential new opportunities in regions and understand the account and its business driversStrong commercial orientation, with excellent negotiation skills be able to deliver attractive agreements with payers/decision-makers at regional and account levelKnowledge of health policy and access a plusManagement skills, with the ability to develop, implement and monitor an account plan leading the Key Account Team and optimize resources and investmentsExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to make and develop long-term relations with senior stakeholders at different regional and account levels (politicians, technical) adapting communication style accordinglyGood analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh energy-driven personLanguages: Spanish and high level of EnglishLocations Madrid, SpainWorker Type EmployeeWorker Sub-Type RegularTime Type Full time
