EMEA FFAA Accounting & AP Specialist - German Speaking

• Delivery of Qorvo's EMEA entities' operational AP processes (e.g., A/P, T&E)
• Local admin for the T&E including credit card management (card application, maintenance / reconciliation & cancellations) for EMEA
• Standard performance reporting for A/P processes
• EMEA Requisition to Pay process governance- Educate business on standard practices/policies for areas of responsibility.
• client facing and internal operational A/P and T&E services
• Ensure company policies and procedures compliance as they pertain to areas of responsibility.
• Respond efficiently and effectively to vendor and internal business inquiries
• Manage and complete all A/P processes as assigned (including Direct Debit Vendor / Clearing)
• Provide guidance for new and existing EMEA entities on any local laws that impact T&E reimbursements (i.e., per diems, qualifying business expenses, etc.)
• Identify, depreciate and maintain fixed assets register for the Region, according to local GAAPs processing acquisitions, disposals and any other adjustments.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and quarterly reviews.
• the requirements for the External Audits and Financial Statements preparation.

• Responsible for upholding quality and standardized service delivery to global standards, and identifying continuous improvement of business processes to drive operational excellence

• Work effectively within the EMEA team, Corporate Finance team and with internal customers and vendors.

• Extensive proven experience in Accounts Payable activities and Fixed Assets accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, schedule and successfully complete multiple priorities.
• Ability to work within a structured and standard system to ensure compliance.
• Minimum four years of high-volume A/P experience; Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in English and German. Other European language is a plus.
