The company is rapidly expanding within the fintech sector and is looking for driven professionals to join their team.Role OverviewAs a Sales Manager specializing in crypto payment solutions, you will be responsible for building and managing key partnerships across industries like iGaming, Forex, PSPs, and cryptocurrency. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about fintech, blockchain technology, and the rapidly growing cryptocurrency payment industry.Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients in iGaming, Forex, PSPs, and cryptocurrency industries.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools to achieve and exceed sales targets in crypto payment solutions.
  • Identify market pain points and provide customized solutions to drive long-term business relationships and B2B partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and align on project goals for payment solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, and proposals to potential clients in the cryptocurrency and fintech sectors.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and manage them from lead generation to deal closure.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development within Crypto Onramps/Crypto Acquiring.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, task management software, and knowledge base systems. Strong understanding of payment technologies, including APIs, front-end/back-end systems, and local payment methods. Familiarity with blockchain technology, crypto payment processing, and cryptocurrency solutions.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Quick thinker, able to overcome obstacles and close deals independently. Self-motivated with the ability to identify challenges and resolve them proactively.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in team settings, contributing to shared goals and initiatives.
  • Focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets with experience working with KPIs.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes and be eligible for a Schengen visa.
  • A well-established network within the fintech and cryptocurrency industries is a plus.
