Support sales teams in hitting annual targets by providing pre- and post-sales product demos, clinical application guidance to distributors and end-users in your regionboosting their product knowledge and usage.
Conduct webinars and trainings for distributors, end-users, and internal sales teams on product functions, operations, and clinical applications.
Assist with exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and clinical academic studies; maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Gather, analyze, and share market and competitor insights with the team.Collect feedback from distributors and end-users, summarize their needs, and collaborate with R&D to inform product development/upgrades.
Curate clinical images/clips from end-users for archives and provide input for marketing materials.
Resolve product/operation issues promptly for clients, build deep understanding of their needs, and foster long-term relationships.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher; medical imaging or medical-related majors preferred.
2+ years of experience in the medical imaging industry, with strong ultrasound product operation skills.
Familiarity with ultrasound product principles, features, and clinical applications; experience in delivering ultrasound application trainings is a plus.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Positive, self-driven, adaptable, and a team player.
