- Deliver high-quality customer service with a proactive and collaborative approach, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and clients.
- Support the design, planning, and execution of system testing as part of Iberclear's continuous evolution program.
- Participate in national and international projects and working groups related to the Spanish and European post-trading landscape.
- Prepare operational statistics and reports required by senior management, maintaining precision and clarity.
- Contribute actively to teamwork initiatives, addressing client needs and fostering a high-performing service culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Sciences, or similar; advanced studies in financial markets are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in settlement back office or operational roles in the financial sector, with strong knowledge of national and European securities settlement processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) and strong proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- A cooperative mindset, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the drive to engage in continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
