  • Lead customer engagement with Diageo’s category vision, strategy and plans to enable and support brilliant activation of Diageo plans
  • Establish and fully embed the strategy as the framework for expressing our plans to Retail (Off Trade) customers in Southern Europe.
  • Establish Diageo as the go to supplier (and most trusted/respected) for category management across all strategic customers by delivering ‘Best In Class’ Category Management to include industry leading insights delivered through unbiased recommendations in a compelling & action orientated way.
  • Work with senior stakeholders (up to director level) in our customers’ businesses to identify opportunities to grow TBA, strategically partnering with our customers’ teams to analyse the future trends in the market & building collaborative plans focused on growth.
  • Make in outlet navigation (assortment, merchandising, pricing, promotion, display) simple and commercially focused, and in doing so, give our customers a compelling point of difference in their range.
  • Connect our internal SE teams across commercial, shopper marketing, activation, Innovation, NRM, & digital, and link with Diageo Global Teams to drive tangible actions from insight that will drive the triple win for Diageo, Customer and shopper.
About youMail requirements
  • +10 years experience in FMCG industry
  • Commercial (KAM), Trade Marketing Manager and Cat Dev experience
  • Italian Market knowledge desirable
  • Spanish, English and Italian proficiency is a Must
  • Strategical attitude and Negotiation skills
  • You're successful in managing senior partners, resulting in strong and positive outcomes. You have a holistic skill set across various marketing growth drivers as well as a track record of delivering transformational business results.
  • You're comfortable with dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced and matrixed environment. You have a strong commercial and numerical capability with attention to detail.
