It also includes the brands Joivy Renew, specialized in home renovation and turnkey furniture sales, and Joivy Invest, a Business Unit focused on real estate investments.About the Role Join our Madrid team as a B2B Reservations Intern.This 6 month paid internship provides hands-on experience in guest services, operations, and sales. While based in Spain, you will support Joivy clients across Spain, France, Portugal, and the UK, helping deliver a seamless, VIP-standard experience in multiple markets.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating with guests and agencies across Spain, France, Portugal, and the UK.
  • Help arrange smooth check-ins and pre-arrival preparations.
  • Support collaboration with housekeeping, maintenance, finance, and guest services.
  • Assist with billing, payments, and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to delivering VIP service for B2B clients across multiple markets.
