We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What are we looking for?We are looking for a Senior Production Support , with experience in Java, working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
  • Functional analysis profile, a functional layer for incident analysis and support with experience in BAU teams, to be able to channel incidents, analyze them, and review them with the BAU technical team.
What UST expects from you?
  • +4 years’ experience in maintenance of web applications based on Java, ideally on Agile methodologies
  • Certification in ITIL or a similar service management methodology (ServiceNow)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects
  • Advanced knowledge of web technologies, monitoring tools, and performance analysis
  • Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
  • User level knowledge JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Teams tools.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (SQL)
  • Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with accounting and regulatory reporting on banking applications
  • +2 years' experience of Service Request Manager role
  • Good spanish level.
