- Guarantee precise and timely order processing from quote confirmation to billing.
- Guarantee a Premium Customer Experience, managing customer touchpoints.
- Ensure frictionless delivery planning and management through the logistics portal: delivery date management, D&I job assignment & activity closing.
- Optimize free stock and manage Purchase Orders to HQ, when required, ensuring the correct management of stock movements.
- Ensure accurate management of the order portfolio (backlog), avoiding expired backlog and proactively liaising with Sales to predict backlog slippage.
- Constantly update the IT systems with all relevant information collected during customer service activities.
- Ensure the proper management of Technogym Care Activities, providing adequate feedback to customers' inquiries.
- Manage a post-delivery survey to assess customers' satisfaction, proactively solving any issues with the customer.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP - advanced SD module use.
- Advanced MS Office package use, especially Excel.
