Investment Performance Analyst

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong numerical understanding and analytical skills.
• Several years of experience and interest in financial products, financial markets data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in Asset Management, Banking, Insurance Consultancy or Audit firms is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Excel; Bloomberg, Reuters, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong English knowledge required; further language skills are welcomed.
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical skills, networked thinking, and a high degree of independence
• Self-starter mentality with high standards for quality, precision, and attention to detail.
• Perseverance, willingness to take responsibility and strong communication skills.
• Strong team player with a creative and out-of-the-box mindset.

• Ensure, further develop and automate investment performance reports to enhance efficiency
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of investment portfolios and their benchmarks.
• Ensuring Data Quality by execution and further development of data checks
• Prepare reports and decision-making materials for management and external stakeholders
• Analyze existing processes and propose suggestions for improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to harmonize processes.
• Collaboration and daily alignment with Performance Head Quarter in Basel, Switzerland
