Then this interests you!Your mission will be to provide customer service in the German and English language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.Requirements:Required languages: German Native and English Advanced (minimum C1). No Spanish required.Required experience: Experience in customer service. * Others requirements: Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate.What do we offer you?
  • Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
  • Full time 39 hours/week.
  • Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 8am and 8pm.
  • Modality of work: On-site. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome.
  • Salary of 22k€ gross per year.
