- Develop tools, modules and services that drive operational effectiveness, organizational sustainability, and healthcare transformation projects aligned with bioMérieux strategy.
- Drive execution of development/pilot projects having Industrialization projects Antimicrobial Stewardship Consultancy & as the main priorities
- Play a Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert role during development, update, and training development, with different projects in parallel
- Work transversally with functions like Medical Affairs, customer service, Learning & Development to ensure a “calibrated learning approach” is developed and deployed.
- Ensure voice of the customers are captured in developing solutions to meet client needs, ensure proposed solutions function according to specifications, and improve the overall Lab Consultancy offer
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Regional Referents and Local Experts for questions/support about Lab Consultancy tools, modules and services
- Support marketing roles when required (Market Manager, Product Managers) for different marketing action like marketing collateral, events, testimonials, among others
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the value of the Lab Consultancy portfolio supporting our main strategies (Antimicrobial Stewardship, Sepsis, Cross-selling…) in our customers’ routine workflow.
- Nurture a continued improvement process in regional Centers of Excellence, demonstrating value of our business enablers and adoption of new lab consultancy modules.
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree or comparable education in Health Sciences
- Minimum 10-years’ professional experience, with increasing scope of responsibility.
- Broad and in-depth knowledge of Microbiology laboratory workflow.
- Proficient written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work autonomiously with minimum oversight, and to set the majority of own goals and priorities (progress and result oriented)
- Strong communication, presentation, and language skills (written and verbal)
- Good planning skills, highly organized, with ability to prioritize
