- Set up projects through our qualitative research platform.
- Monitor the progress of projects within the platform, utilizing other internal team members and external vendors to meet critical project milestones.
- Support client needs throughout the lifecycle of any project, ensuring clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and smooth project execution.
- Work with your Account Director to provide strategic recommendations to clients based on project insights and evolving business needs.
- Operate in alignment with company core values-driven culture that encourages top performance with compassion.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, market research, communications, business, mathematics, psychology or the sciences, a related field, or equivalent professional work experience is preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience within Market research industry and passion for this field, primarily qualitative research is required
- Internally motivated self-starter who continuously strives to get things done and thrives on working through challenges.
- Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office (both online and in apps) and familiarity with ClickUp or other online project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Multitasker who can oversee multiple competing priorities to meet deadlines consistently.
