- Manage and oversee the Hotel’s/Resort’s digital strategy with a proactive and creative approach to all digital and electronic marketing platforms.
- Support Director of PR & Communication and agency partners with digital marketing strategies and tactics including SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing (CRM) and display advertising to ensure messaging and creative is aligned across all platforms
- Work closely with digital media agencies for new campaigns implementation, budget allocation and reporting overall web and traffic performance across all platforms
- Oversee and optimize online and offline presence of Hotel/Resort including content and images on Four Seasons-owned channels (FS.com, Four Seasons App and B2B digital platforms) OTAs and partner websites, ensuring alignment with the Hotel’s/Resort’s positioning, business objectives, and storytelling.
- Coordinate production of photo and video shoots at the Hotel/Resort for supporting on achieving top performing paid media assets.
- Oversee the Hotel’s/Resort’s digital content strategy and manages all paid social media campaigns, creating relevant and engaging content and increasing follower engagement. Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools. Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms.
- Support Director of PR & Communications to develop integrated PR, social media and content programs which capitalize on unique and newsworthy stories as well as leveraging unexpected opportunities as they arise.
- 4 years of experience as a Digital and Paid Media Specialist or similar role, preferable from the Luxury space
- Good Command of Analytics platforms; Adobe is a plus.
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
- Proficiency skills in both English and Spanish
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the local luxury landscape is desirable.
