We are currently looking for a STOCK SUPERVISOR our Mediterranean Flagship in Paseo de Gracia, Barcelona. As Stock Supervisor, you will secure back-of-house efficiency, in line with the standards of the Brand. You will ensure smooth operations, to enable the store team to maximize the time spent with Clients, and work across all of Louis Vuitton's product categories. Inventory Management
  • Maintain the stock inventory in a perfect condition ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms (product and packaging).
  • Manage the delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
  • Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize Client experience.
  • Improve product availability, interacting with Supply Chain and managing My Product Request (MPR) to answer Client needs.
  • Improve stock KPI´S through different actions working with the store team and Head Office.
Administration
  • Manage contracts with suppliers.
  • Supervise the Store’s maintenance.
  • Follow the Internal Audit guidelines.
General functions
  • Comply with the processes and procedures of the company.
  • Help the Client Advisors to optimize their adaptability to the public inflow and adjust it to the Client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and interest for the business, to be able to identify and resolve issues and therefore achieve higher efficiency and Client experience.

Basic Tech knowledge (daily use of computers, phones, and tech tools) REQUIREMENTS At least 5 years of experience in stock management/supply chain, ideally in a retail environment Fluent in English & Spanish language. Availability to work 40 hrs/week and flexibility to work on weekends.
