We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Quality Engineer.If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
  • Leads Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process: Coordinates the problem solving for internal / customer quality concerns. Interfaces with the customer and the problem solving team.
  • Non-Conformity Analysis.
  • Follow-up of quality issues in serial lines: Identifies risks, analyzes them, suggests corrective actions, verifies closure of open issues.
  • Supports review of customer PPAP
  • Deployment of Zero Defects Quality Culture through Continuous Improvement.
  • Conducting audits: Participates in product/process audits
and if you have/are:
  • Experience in Quality and Operations.
  • Knowledge of Quality Tools: FMEA, 8D, APQP...
  • Technical skills.
  • Personal skills: teamwork, flexibility, etc
  • Analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • English level B2 or equivalent.
