- Co-own the vision of the assigned design areas together with the lead designer.
- Direct and supervise prototyping and documentation of new systems.
- Propose new gameplay mechanics and features aiming to enhance the game experience from players’ perspective.
- Partner with other stakeholders to ensure new features quality of implementation and hitting the deadlines (engineers and artists).
- Manage (taking care of tasks allocation and prioritization), develop, support and mentor the Game Designers working on your design areas..
- Use data sources (community feedback, tracking data, playtests, etc.) to ensure continuous optimization of features and opportunities detection.
- And foster data usage best-practices in your teammates
- Identify processes inefficiencies and provide solutions that improve day to day operations.
- 5+ years of experience in game design, including principal, lead or senior GD positions.
- Shipped at least 2 successful titles as principal or senior GD.
- Proficiency in game design aspects like gameplay, balancing, UI, UX, etc.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the gaming market and trends.
- Ability to maintain a strong creative vision while remaining agile.
- High visual creativity and passion for game development.
- Experience with industry tools like Jira and Trello.
- Fluent in English.
