• Maintain organized records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Participate in training initiatives to become familiar with best practices in recruitment.
• Stay informed about trends in the job market to better advise candidates and clients.

• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.
• No prior experience in recruitment is required; a genuine willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members.
• Capable of engaging a diverse range of candidates from various backgrounds.
• Interest in recruitment processes and career development within the HR field.
• Familiarity with social media and digital platforms for sourcing candidates is a plus.
