- Working with Sales Specialists to generate and convert leads.
- Creating and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
- Tracking and managing the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- 1-2 year of Sales experience needed (ideally in B2B SaaS Sales)
- Active listening skills
- Feeling comfortable with a fully outbound sales position
- A willingness to learn
- Healthy ambition to stand out and achieve goals
- Working and collaborating as a team
- Good communication skills
- Native level of German
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus as well)
