• Assist in the recruitment process by identifying and sourcing candidates for various positions.
• Communicate effectively with candidates in Danish through calls, emails, and social media channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
• Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
• Collaborate with experienced recruiters to learn about job requirements and industry standards.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance your recruitment skills.
• Stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices in the industry.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• No previous experience in recruitment is necessary; a willingness to learn and grow is key.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
• A proactive attitude towards learning about recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online tools for candidate sourcing is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to engage in training sessions to acquire the necessary tools and knowledge.
