- Support in preparing basic operations analyses including competitors, operational effectiveness, and capacity utilization.
- Assist in the development of basic process analyses and end-to-end process mappings.
- Identify preliminary opportunities for process improvement.
- Track and maintain current information on business operations.
- Provide support on routine administrative financial activities.
- Assist with preparing simple financial reports and basic budgets.
- Support the development of annual and long-term business plans.
- Assist in coordinating routine special projects.
- Conduct preliminary data collection and analysis.
- Prepare and present basic findings to senior team members.
- Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Time Management: Capability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Microsoft Excel: Basic proficiency in Excel for data handling.
- Problem Solving: Preliminary problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint & Excel.
- Valuable Wolters Kluwer Tax& Accounting solutions.
- Salesforce, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- English both writing and speaking fluent.
