
Senior Consultant - Residential Sales Advisory

- Commercial responsibility in project sales.
- Direct project management: coordination and execution of visits, meetings, client follow-ups, and signing of deeds.
- Marketing: coordination and advice to the developer; contact with the developer's marketing department for the execution of defined marketing actions.
- Negotiation, completion, and closing of contracts.
- Responsible for including project-related information in Salesforce and the client's CRM.
- Knowledge of the Residential market in Costa del Sol.
- Minimum previous experience of 2 years in the high-end residential market. Training or experience in hotels will also be valued.
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Architecture, Business Administration, Law, Economics, Commercial Management, Marketing.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Languages: Bilingual or native English, Bilingual or native Spanish. A third language (Swedish, Polish, German, French, etc.) will be positively valued.
- Start date: Immediate.
- Contract type: Permanent.
- The position involves working during commercial hours, with the possibility of shifts on Saturdays and/or occasional Sundays, always ensuring a proper balance between working time and rest.
