- Identifying, negotiating, and concluding new business opportunities for technical engineering services
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key aerospace clients, including OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
- Leading recruitment and management of engineering consultants assigned to your business unit
- Managing financial performance, including sales targets, profitability, and project margins
- Supporting bid preparation, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation
- Contributing to transnational business coordination and strategic planning with international teams
- 5–10 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role within the aerospace sector
- Proven track record in securing engineering services contracts and managing client portfolios
- Strong commercial acumen, with knowledge of pricing, budgeting, and profitability analysis
- Background in engineering, with a degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); French is a plus
- Confident working in cross-functional and multicultural environments
- Comfortable handling both strategic business planning and day-to-day operations
- Knowledge of aerospace industry clients, especially Airbus Spain and major suppliers
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project tracking tools, and engineering service operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders
- Proactive and self-driven, able to identify and act on opportunities independently
