- Degree or recognized qualification in Engineering
- Good command of English, Spanish & French (both spoken and written), Catalan is a plus
- Sales experience in industrial applications preferably flow control and accompanying proven track record of success, likely to be gained from 4+ years in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience of sales techniques
- Demonstrate strong commercial acume
- Collaborative working across a variety of business units, challenging siloed thinking wherever it appears
- Charismatic and inspiring personality with strong entrepreneurial flair and business acumen; passion for business growth
- Ready to travel nationally and internationally as required
- Capable of communicating at all levels
- Demonstrate an appetite and ability to work collaboratively in a complex and matrixed business
- Able to deal with people with different cultures throughout the region
- Able to thrive in a changing business, embracing ambiguity and solving problems
- Demonstrate Rotork products and provide familiarization training as needed to build internal and external knowledge and understanding of Rotork products
