We are seeking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Expert. He/she will work on strategic projects to enhance our business processes and integrate best practices in using this platform. He/she will also be responsible for training and providing technical support to internal users.His/her main responsibilities include:
- Dynamics 365 design and customization: Analyze business needs and design tailored solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Products ( Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Commerce).
- Experience in Retail domain and PoS solutions is s high plus (Dynamics 365 Commerce)
- Development and integration: Develop technical solutions on Dynamics 365 using languages like C#, JavaScript, and development tools (Power Platform, Power Automate, etc.).
- Migration and upgrade management: Lead migration projects to Dynamics 365 or platform updates, ensuring service continuity.
- Process optimization: Collaborate with business teams to identify improvement points and propose solutions to optimize client relationship management, finances, sales processes, etc.
- Technical support and training: Provide high-level technical support for internal users. Train and guide teams on the optimal use of Dynamics 365.
- Technology monitoring: Stay updated on Dynamics 365 developments and propose continuous improvements to existing solutions.
- Documentation and reporting: Draft technical documentation and performance reports to ensure project traceability and understanding.
- You hold a finished Engineering Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Software, Computer Science etc
- Master's Degree is highly valued.
- At least 5 years of experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, with deep expertise in customization, integration, and optimization of this platform.
- Proficiency in implementation, customization, and administration of Dynamics 365.
- Mastery of associated tools and programming languages (C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Enterprise modules (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Project Operations.).
- Experience in integration with other systems (ERP, CRM, external databases, etc.).
- Understanding of best practices in security and authorization management within Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in Agile project methodologies and associated project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
- Full english professional competence.
- Capable to work with multicultural environment playing a team member role within international partners.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex problems.
- Autonomy, leadership, and teamwork ability in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proactivity and ability to anticipate business needs.
