At Factorial we're looking for a Payroll Consultant for the German Market (HQs in Barcelona!) to make sure our clients have the best onboarding experience.Ready to be part of the challenge?You will be responsible for onboarding new clients to our HR software, gathering their feedback ensuring that they use the platform to its fullest. One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs. This requires you to perfectly understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product.What will you be doing?Onboard clients to our payroll product by assisting them via video calls and email until Factorial is fully implemented in their organisation.Take a consultative approach to offer clients a customised experience in setting up their accounts.Understand our clients' needs and challenges and gather their feedback.Collaborate with the product team to enhance our payroll product-you'll have a direct impact on the solutions we create!Share insights for improvement to help us shape the best client journey.Your ProfileKnowledge of German payroll is essential.Experience with DATEV (or other german payroll softwares) is a big plus!Language skills: Native-level German speaker and fluent in English (both written and spoken).Proactivity: You will need to find effective ways to ensure accounts are fully activated, providing clients with a seamless implementation experience.Fast Learner: You can quickly become an expert on the software and easily stay up to date on product improvements.Problem-solving mindset: You're able to propose alternative solutions and workarounds for unexpected client requests.Analytical skills: While onboarding clients, you'll need to understand the specifics of the market and translate this knowledge into actionable insights for our Product team.Experience: Previous experience as an Onboarding Specialist, Implementation Owner, or Client Success Specialist is a plus.Structured Career Paths & Salary from 30.000 to 35.000 OTE.Perks of being part of our teamHigh growth, multicultural and friendly environment 🤝Save expenses with 💰 and get your salary in advance with 💸Healthy life with 🧘🏽‍♀️ and as private health insurance 🩺Language classes with 👩🏽‍🏫discounts, & lunch❗Flexible schedules ⏰, pet Friendly 🐶 and no dress code!😀About UsAt Factorial, we're building the leading business management software for companies of all sizes.
