A leading mobile games studio is seeking a Senior Game Designer to join their team working on a globally successful casual title. This hybrid role is based in Barcelona, Spain.You’ll focus on designing and delivering live minigame content that reaches millions of players. Working cross-functionally with product managers, producers, engineers, and content teams, you’ll shape the player experience across multiple game modes.Responsibilities:
- Design and configure live minigame content
- Maintain and iterate on game design documents (GDDs)
- Collaborate on theme ideation and playtest environments
- Analyse performance and player feedback
- Align design with monetisation and retention goals
- Strong experience in mobile game design, ideally live ops or systems design
- Excellent documentation and configuration skills
- Deep understanding of F2P mechanics and player motivations
- Passion for data-driven, iterative design
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage timelines
