Your primary responsibility will be to support both Services Sales and the Customer Operations centre to execute a strategic value alignment program:Agilent’s Service Contract Value Alignment Program is a strategic initiative that modernizes service contract quoting to ensure smarter, fairer, and more sustainable commercial practices.In addition to this core task, you’ll have the opportunity to broaden your experience through:Quotes and Order Confirmations: Help prepare and manage customer quotes, process order confirmations, and follow up on quote-related requests.Customer Database Management: Register new customers, update existing records, and ensure information is accurate and complete.Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales engineers and account managers to ensure quotes reflect customer needs and product specifications.Exposure to marketing campaigns and product launches.Light-touch customer communication and follow-up.Participation in internal workshops, mentoring sessions, and cross-functional meetings.This internship role is offered for a period of 9-12 months, full-time, office-based in Barcelona.QualificationsWho are we looking for:Academic BackgroundCurrently pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business studies (a previous degree in a STEM field would be beneficial), or a related field.Ideally in the final 1–2 years of studies.Skills & AttributesOrganized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Comfortable learning new tools and systems.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; other European languages are a plus.Interest in working in a customer-facing and commercial environment.Important Note: The internship must be formalized via an academic training agreement between Agilent and your university.
