The Green Recruitment Company we are looking for a SCADA Integration Manager to join a leading Renewable Energy Producer with a portfolio of over 10GW.Our client is seeking a hands-on professional to lead the successful delivery of a global SCADA retrofit program. As part of this role, you will oversee the integration of SCADA systems with other operational platforms, including Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), analytics, and reporting tools.Responsibilities:Coordinate and ensure the successful execution of multiple projects within the global retrofit program.Lead a team of project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.Use strong project management skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of operational technology (OT) environments and Scada/Monitoring systems.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in program management, specifically in delivering SCADA projects within renewables.Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is advantageous.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and coordination skills within international teams.Willingness to travel domestically as required.Fluent English is required, with proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or French as a nice to have.In conclusion, Don't miss this exciting opportunity to be part of the renewable energy revolution.
