- Sales & Account Management: Manage and support resellers in Spain, conduct regular business reviews, and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Customer Support: Handle sales quotations, order management, and follow-up processes for all customers, including satisfaction surveys and troubleshooting.
- Financial & Administrative Tasks: Follow up on due receivables and pending payments and assist with financial and administrative tasks if Produal Spain is incorporated as a subsidiary.
- Sales Opportunities: Monitor and develop new sales opportunities, lead scouting and management, and update ERP/CRM with opportunities and customer information.
- Marketing & Promotion: Prepare and organize customer events, webinars, and product presentations, and coordinate product demonstrations or technical presentations.
- Social Media & Content Creation: Coordinate LinkedIn posts, maintain a regular presence on social media, and create and distribute newsletters with technical content related to our product portfolio.
- Additional Tasks: Support additional daily sales and administrative tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or account management, preferably in B2B or technical/industrial sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with resellers or channel sales models.
- Background in technical product sales or a similar industry.
- Knowledge of basic finance and receivables processes.
