  • Research and analyze competitor communication strategies across different channels, identifying key trends and best practices that could improve our brand performance.
  • Gather, organize and analyze competitor information.
  • Create reports to translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Support brand research operations and reporting.
  • Assist in the coordination and setup of brand research projects.
  • Ad hoc reporting: data processing and visualization
  • Assist in organizing and running insights and training sessions, including scheduling, coordination and logistics.
Your qualifications
  • Degree in social sciences focusing on Marketing/Communication/Market Research
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Knowledge and experience in analyzing brand and communication strategies (*)
  • Knowledge of social media listening monitoring. Experience using social media analytics tools (Talkwaker, Sprinkler, Meltwater).
  • Interest in influencer marketing analysis.
  • Proactive, curious, a self-starter, that has affinity and understanding about marketing communication/numbers/Scores/KPIs.
  • Good communicator, natural storyteller and willing to communicate with colleagues in different areas and levels, including senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel)
  • Experience with data gathering and report writing is a plus.
