The E-Commerce Administrator is a multifunctional role, with a primary focus on the daily operations of e-commerce accounts, including site Visual Merchandising, reporting and the implementation of internal and external requests related to website performance.The chosen candidate should be eager to learn and unafraid of taking on new projects that frequently change very quickly.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support key website activities and ongoing content updates.
- Implement changes and improvements that impact customer experience and conversion rat, all in collaboration with the Design, Buying, and Marketing teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the planning, monitoring, and execution of campaigns. This may include copywriting, reporting on campaign and project performance and updating website content.
- Implement changes in products/categories/campaigns to maximize website revenue.
- Monitor website performance and report it to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct frequent site reviews to identify, report, and follow up on site errors related to products, content display, and customer experience (CX).
- Ensure that website design and content, as well as marketing materials, are consistent, compliant with partner/club/event brand and style guidelines and aligned with industry best practices.
- Obtain necessary approvals both internally and from external partners as required.
- Weekly reporting: provide insights on purchasing decisions, stock management and merchandising through competitor and industry trend reports and analysis.
- Test new website changes prior to implementation.
- Support occasional order-related issue resolution in collaboration with the customer service team.
- Assist the e-commerce team with new projects and ad-hoc tasks.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned and directed by the e-Commerce Manager.
To successfully perform this role, the candidate must be able to carry out each essential duty at the highest standard. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail e-commerce, ideally within the fashion or sports industries.
- Advanced (C1) level of English.
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience and understanding of analytics, e-commerce platforms and standard industry tools.
- Proven ability to collaborate within different teams.
- Familiarity with website management software and its processes.
- Passion for e-commerce and its ability to deliver results for globally recognized brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage projects.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be available, on certain occasions, to work overtime including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
